SHIPPING COSTS
To keep our gifts competitively priced, we pass on part of the delivery costs. These charges depend on the destination country and the type of shipment. For example, parcel delivery is generally more cost-effective than pallet transport.
You will find an overview of the shipping rates per country and delivery type in the table below. The exact delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Smaller items, gift vouchers or orders of up to 40 gift boxes are shipped via parcel service. Medium-sized orders from 40 to 90 boxes are delivered on a half pallet. For orders of 90 gift boxes or more, we arrange full pallet delivery.

DIRECT SHIPMENT TO INDIVIDUAL ADDRESSES
Use our direct shipping service to send several packages directly to the lucky recipient(s). Exclusive Business Gifts takes care of the complete packaging and shipping of your gifts!
Because we send thousands of packages every month, we can keep the rates of our mailing service exceptionally low. Moreover, it is all-in: protective shipping boxes, shipping labels, individual wrapping and the transport itself. You will find an overview of the shipping rates per country and delivery type in the table below.
Add the direct shipment service to your cart and select the number of shipping addresses to be charged. Download an excel template here in which you need to add the different addresses and forward them as a reply to the order confirmation you will receive from us as soon as the order has been completed by you. We will then process the order, prepare the packages for shipment and you will receive a list with the track & trace link of each shipment.

DELIVERY TIME
After you have placed your order, we will finalise the submitted design with you and if necessary make some design adjustments at your request.
Once the design has been approved and payment has been made, we will start production and assembly. Depending on the workload and volume, the delivery time will be 2 to 10 working days. Would you like a rush delivery or a postponed delivery date? Please let us know!
RETURNS
Exclusive Business Gifts strives to provide all its customers with the best possible service. Suggestions and complaints can be sent by e-mail to [email protected], and we will come up with a solution within a maximum of 2 working days. Personalised and fresh products cannot be returned. Non-fresh and non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please pack and seal your return sufficiently, using the original packaging. The transport costs of the return are to be borne by the customer (even if the package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt).

PAYMENT TERM
As soon as we receive payment for your order, we will start working for you and your order will be processed immediately. After your approval of our design proposal we will start the production and assembly. Due to the fact that the products are custom made, the very competitive prices and volume discounts offered, we ask you to pay for your order at the time of order. If you have any questions, special requests or would like to 'reserve' a large volume of promotional gifts, please contact us!
