SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are FREE for orders over 450 euros to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France in bulk to one address unless otherwise stated on the product pages. Minimum shipping costs are charged for purchases below this amount.

Pallet transport is handled by GLS or Mainfreight.

DIRECT SHIPMENT TO INDIVIDUAL ADDRESSES

Use our shipping service to send several packages directly to the lucky recipient(s). Exclusive Business Gifts takes care of the complete packaging and shipping of your gifts!

Because we send thousands of packages every month, we can keep the rates of our mailing service exceptionally low. Moreover, it is all-in: protective shipping boxes, shipping labels, individual wrapping and the transport itself. For the latter, DHL is our preferred partner due to their international reach and reliability.

DELIVERY TIME

After you have placed your order, we will finalise the submitted design with you and if necessary make some design adjustments at your request.

Once the design has been approved and payment has been made, we will start production and assembly. Depending on the workload and volume, the delivery time will be 2 to 10 working days. Would you like a rush delivery or a postponed delivery date? Please let us know!

RETURNS

Exclusive Business Gifts strives to provide all its customers with the best possible service. Suggestions and complaints can be sent by e-mail to service@exclusivebusinessgifts.com, and we will come up with a solution within a maximum of 2 working days. Personalised and fresh products cannot be returned. Non-fresh and non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please pack and seal your return sufficiently, using the original packaging. The transport costs of the return are to be borne by the customer (even if the package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt).

PAYMENT TERM

As soon as we receive payment for your order, we will start working for you and your order will be processed immediately. After your approval of our design proposal we will start the production and assembly. Due to the fact that the products are custom made, the very competitive prices and volume discounts offered, we ask you to pay for your order at the time of order.
